ANYA FERGUSON is the Chief Executive Officer of PivotalFlow Advisors BA. PivotalFlow Advisors BA is a Finance and Small Business Consultancy Company. She also holds the title of Finance Manager at The One Eleuthera Cooperative Credit Union responsible for the daily financial operations of the union’s banking system.
With each opportunity, Anya’s goal is to become an asset, team leader and integral component to financial enterprises, wherein she is capable of efficient contribution given her knowledge, life, work experience/s, and continued growth.

She believes and lives by the mantra of “building a strong brand,” as she is often inspired by everyday life and daily encounters, even when she is off the clock.
Whether it is traveling out of the country or over to the Family Islands, her business savvy mind is always thinking of new ideas. Over the years Anya’s entrepreneurial spirit has led her to open home-based brands such as her Lust Cosmetics Beauty Line; ColorMeCrazy Beauty Salon; and her most recent PivotalFlow; finance, signage, Microsoft Training, and small business consultancy brand.
The pineapple island of Eleuthera, where she now resides, will always be at the center of her heart and is most definitely one of her favorite places to spend her time. On Eleuthera, she grew up in a very close-knit family, before moving to Nassau to attend college in 2009. She currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Private Banking & Trust from the University of The Bahamas; a stage 1 Trust Diploma, an (ABIFS) Associate of The Bahamas Institute of Financial Services, and a Banking Certificate - all from The Bahamas Institute of Financial Services.
She also successfully completed the AntiMoney Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism Training by The Financial Intelligence Unit and Microsoft Excel (Essential and Intermediate) Training - completion of First-Class Pitman Exams and The Training Authority Workshop.
